Date Oil Factory Return and Exchange Policy
In our commitment to protecting consumer rights and complying with applicable laws and regulations, we at Date Oil Factory are committed to providing a fair and transparent return and exchange policy.
This policy aims to clarify the terms and conditions related to the exchange or return procedures for orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and clarity in the contractual relationship.
We ask that customers read this policy carefully before initiating any exchange or return request, as your acceptance of the purchase constitutes implicit acceptance of its terms:
1. There are no returns or exchanges for international orders.
2. There are no returns or exchanges for discounted products.
3. Cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged, in order to protect the health and safety of our customers, in accordance with public health standards. This excludes other products within [three days] from the date of purchase, provided that the products are unused and in their original condition, with the original invoice attached.
4- Please ensure that the information entered is correct (name, mobile number, email address, and address).
5- It is prohibited to use international numbers for orders within the Kingdom. A Saudi mobile number that can receive calls, messages, and WhatsApp is required.
6- Changing the shipping address after placing an order may take longer than usual for delivery. We disclaim all responsibility.
7- If the customer wishes to return or exchange eligible products, a new shipping policy will be issued at a cost of 53 Saudi riyals.
8- We bear the costs of errors resulting from sending different or missing products from your order.
9- There are no refunds for products damaged during the shipping process.
10- If the customer's address is changed without prior notice, or if the customer does not respond to the shipping company and the shipment is returned to us, the customer will bear the full cost of returning and reshipping the product, which amounts to 53 Saudi riyals.
